Ninja Grill Roasted Bone-in Pork Loin

Enjoy my latest favorite method of cooking!

Ninja Grill Roasted Bone-in Pork Loin

1 Crown roast of pork from Costco. Select one that has 8 bones.  Cut roast in half and it will be perfect for the Ninja.  The Ninja does a perfect 4-bone Pork Loin Roast

BD Seasoning

Chosen Foods Avocado Spray

For roasted potatoes, 1 12oz bag of baby yukons cut in half.  Put in a bowl and spray with Avocado Spray.  Season with BD Seasoning.

Directions

Dry 4-bone crown roast with paper towel.

Spray with Avocado oil to cover roast.

In a separate bowl, spray about a tablespoon of Avocado oil. Add about 2 Tablespoons of BD Seasoning.  Make a paste.

Rub paste all over the roast.

Select Roast function on the Ninja and set temperature to 375º F for 40 minutes.  Preheat and when ready add the roast.

Lower temperature to 350º F and set time for 15 minutes.  Continue to roast.

Check temperature of roast with instant read thermometer.  It should read about 170º F.  If not, roast at 350º F for another 10 minutes to bring temperature to 170º F.

Take out roast and let sit for 20 minutes.

In the meantime roast your potatoes using the Crisper function.

Using the same roasting pan, set Ninja Grill to 375º, time for 9 minutes and preheat.

Add the seasoned potatoes.  Air fry for 9 minutes, turn the potatoes and air fry for another 8-9 minutes.
