Steamed Kabocha
1 whole kabocha
Baking Pan
Water
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Cut kabochan in half and scrape seeds out.
3. Place kabocha cut side down in baking pan. Add water to about 1/4 inch in the bottom of the pan.
4. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until kabocha is soft.
We use it like mashed potato or have it as dessert with frozen custard or reduced simple sugar.
