 Crockpot Corned Beef

1 4 lb Wagyu Corned Beef (Costco at about St Patrick’s Day)

1 12 oz Kroger Brand Steam in Bag carrots

1 24 oz Private Selection Petite Gold Gourmet Potatoes rinsed

4 stalks celery cut in 4ths

2 Cups water

1 8 quart Crockpot

1 Add the carrots, potatoes and celery at the bottom of the crockpot.

2 Add water.

3 Rinse corned beef and add to top of the vegetables.

4 Set crockpot to HIGH for 6 hours 15 minutes.

Excellent Condiment for corned beef.

Colman’s Mustard or Signature Select Ground Mustard made up as simple condiment.  Mix together equal amounts of mustard and cold water.  Allow to bloom for 10 minutes.
