Potato Salad!

I like potato salad!  Unfortunately most potato salad had mayonnaise.  This one is a "broken" recipe of German potato salad.  What makes it good is the Wagnerʻs Idaho Mustard Hoppinʻ Jalapeno, Neuskeʻs Canadian Bacon and red potatoes.

Bobʻs Potato Salad

1 # red potatoes (about 3 large), boiled; cut each potato into 16ths
2 T Hoppinʻ Jalapeno Mustard
3 slices Neuskeʻs Canadian Bacon, chopped fine
2 pieces dill pickles YeeHaw No Frills Dills, peel some of skin & chop fine

In a medium bowl, add the finely chopped Canadian Bacon, chopped dills and mustard.  Mix well, add the chopped potatoes and mix by hand to cover potatoes with the mustard mixture.

Serve with Neuskeʻs bratwurst.  I slice ourʻs in half and fry them until they are browned over medium heat.  Yum!
