Drinking Chocolate

We went to the Chocolate Bar at 805 W Bannock St., Boise today!  We bought some drinking chocolate and some dark chocolate bars.

We used to go to Alma Chocolates in Portland for a demitasse of chocolate.  YUM!  So loosely following their recipe, I made us some chocolate drinks.

Drinking Chocolate Using Chocolate Bar Chocolates

In an 8 oz glass add

1/4 cup Chocolate Bar Chocolate
1/3 cup hot water

Stir until chocolate is melted.  Drink at leisure.
