Bamboo Steamer

We went to Asia Market on Fairview this morning.  Saw a lot of kitchen things that I am interested in, but will have to wait until we are in our permanent domicile.  I did buy a bamboo steamer!  Going to try steaming some pork hash in bitter melon tonight.
