Happy Easter!

We have found an Italian sausage that we are able to eat.  It is the Olympia Provisions Italian sausage made in Portland, OR.  Ingredients contain no milk products.  Yummy!
Fix dinner with boiled carrots and arugula salad!

For breakfast we are having Carlton Farms Canadian Bacon. 
Poached or scrambled eggs with some boiled asparagus.  Yummy.

Instead of having cured meats for breakfast, try the Uwajimaya thinly sliced Kurobuta Pork Loin.  Stir fry.  Serve with scrambled eggs and boiled asparagus.
