Food for Thought

     I have been totally gluten-free for the past 8 years mostly due to my husband's diligence.  When we moved to Oregon he decided to do all the cooking.  This coming from a man who used to believe that microwaves were invented so that one could warm up leftovers or prepared meals and never dirty the stove or oven cooking a meal.

     Hubby said he got tired of watching me prepare meals that I could not eat or try to eat around dishes that lead to lots of consequences.  So, if he prepared all meals, he would be preparing only meals that he and I could eat with no consequences.

     That's where the Sulfite Intolerant intersected the Gluten Intolerant list of foods came about.  We are happy with what we eat for every meal.  There are not much variety in our meals, but they are Safe!

     Enjoy the recipes we've come up with in support of our food issues.  Also enjoy the restaurants and various food shops that we've found to be ultra careful in providing edible foods for us!
