So, I was so happy that my gluten-free flour combination produced such good looking bread sticks and rolls. So sad now because I've been sick for 4 days from consuming them! The gluten-free flour combination included millet and I forgot that millet and I are not compatible.
Back to the drawing board to try a different combination. But, I plan on waiting for a while because I can't face another bout of being ill so soon.
I keep reading about the cross reactions; however, it seems it doesn't apply to non-celiac people, so have not idea why I react to millet, rice, milk, coffee, etc, just like the celiacs do.
