Honeyville Almond Flour from Amazon. We are able to eat this almond flour. We use Elana Amsterdam's The Gluten-Free Almond Flour Cookbook. Once you get the hang of using almond flour it is very easy to use. We can't use Agave Nectar for some reason, but I make a sugar syrup using 6 Tablespoons of Florida Crystals Organic Cane Sugar and 1/4 cup water. Boil in microwave for 4 minutes. You'll get 1/4 cup of syrup.
