Breakfast with Almond Biscuits




Almond Flour Biscuits

2 1/2 cups Honeyville Almond flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup California Olive Oil
1/4 cup organic cane sugar syrup
2 eggs
1 tsp water

Preheat oven to 350°F.
Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl add all the dry ingredients.
In a 4 qt measuring cup add eggs and 1 tsp water.  Mix well.  Add 1/4 cup olive oil and the sugar syrup below.  Mix well.
Combine wet with dry ingredients and mix well.
Drop a scant 1/4 cup per biscuit on to the parchment lined large baking sheet.
Bake 18 minutes.
Serve with almond butter or make more sugar syrup below or if you're able to eat honey, that'll be nice too.


Organic Florida Crystals Sugar Syrup
In a 4 qt measuring cup add
6 Tbs Organic Florida Crystals Sugar
1/4 cup water
Microwave 4 minutes.
