St Louis Ribs ala Bob


1 rack of Tails & Trotters ribs
Preheat oven to 250°F.
Place ribs on rack in baking sheet 
pan.  Cover with foil.
Slow roast for 3 hours.
Take out and serve immediately or 
cool and refrigerate.
