Preheat oven to 250°F.
Wrap chops standing with fat on top in aluminium foil. Wrap the chops again in another sheet of aluminium foil.
Place in baking sheet and roast for 4 1/2 hours.

Slow Roasted Tails & Trotters Pork Loin Chop
We found the most luxurious looking loin chops at Tails & Trotters! Could not resist them so bought 2 and the King of Slow Roasting roasted them for 4 1/2 hours at 250°F.
