We bought 2 rib chops from Tails & Trotters on the 22d of Dec. On the 24th, Bob bought a Lau Lau Plate, Teriyaki Plate, Fried Noodles, Fishcake Hekka and Saimin from Eat Oh Eat for a little party at mama's. I wanted to eat the Lau Lau so much...
25 Dec, Christmas Day, Bob took the 2 rib chops, wrapped each in 6 pieces of bacon then wrapped them in aluminium foil and baked it at 250 for 4 hours. He refrigerated it overnight and today, 26 Dec we had it with steamed veges and baked Satsuma Imo. Talk about an almost Lau Lau that I can eat.
