Wagyuu Brisket



Wagyuu Brisket

1 4# Wagyuu Brisket

1.  Preheat oven to 250°F.

2.  Wrap brisket in foil.  Wrap another layer of foil around brisket.

3.  Roast for 5 1/2 hours.

4.  Cool.  Refrigerate.

5.  Makes 4 generous servings.  Serve with au jus.
