Plain-O-Plain Meringue Cookies

In this new year I've gotten very sensitive to foods that have passed through numerous "hands" to reach the final marketplace.  Really.  Awful.

I seem to fair pretty well if the product goes from farm to processing and out to the consumer.  For example the almond flour…  However, the almond that is sold in the grocery stores, awful reaction.

The other day there was no arugula that's produced and packaged at the farm level so we had to buy bulk arugula.  Awww, so sad.  I suffered a stomachache almost all evening.

Today, we're making plain meringue cookies so I can enjoy some snacks.  Betty's Meringue Cookies found on Food.com

3 egg whites
3/4 cup sugar

I hope it'll work fine.
