Bowl Lunch

Created as a tribute to the Oregon Ducks Rose Bowl game, Jan 1, 2015!

One Bowl Lunch


1  12oz piece of Tails & Trotters ham sliced at #20
1  7 1/2 oz cooked wild rice
6-8  Matiz Gallery or LeForestiere Chestnuts
1/4  cup Valenchia or Marcona Almonds
Large handful baby arugula

Cut most of fat off the ham.  Cube into bite size pieces.  Heat thoroughly in frying pan using a little olive oil.

Heat wild rice in microwave and pour into large bowl.  Add ham over the wild rice.  Serve the baby arugula, chestnuts and almonds on the side.
