Yummy Tails and Trotters Kalua Pig

Yesterday when we picked up our Tails and Trotters' order, Aaron gave us a container of T&T kalua pig.  Talk about "broke the mouth" good!  The flavor of the banana leaves came through and made me think of luaus that I used to go to when I was a child on Kauai.  hukilau nets put out by my grandfather at dawn and the covered imu steaming the pig.  No one slept the night before the luau.
