Tails & Trotters Pork Chop

Pork Chop

1 1" pork chop
steamed vegetables

Preheat oven to 425°F.

Preheat an all clad copper core pan for
3 minutes on high.  Add a little olive oil.

Add pork chop and fry for 6 minutes on high.

Turn, fry for another 5 minutes.

Turn, put into preheated oven for another 5 minutes.

A perfect, well done pork chop!  Yummy.
