Slow Roasted St Louis Ribs

The other day we purchased a rack of St Louis Ribs.  Yum.

Slow Roasted St Louis Ribs

1 full rack St Louis Ribs at room temperature
Foil lined baking sheet

Preheat oven to 250°F.
Place St Louis Ribs on to the foil lined baking sheet and put into preheated oven.
Roast for 1 hour.  Turn over.
Roast for another hour.  Turn over again.
Roast for another hour.  Should be very tender.
Take out of oven and wrap the ribs in aluminium foil immediately.  Let cool and then refrigerate overnight.
