Lamb Baby Back Ribs

Yesterday drove to Laurelhurst Market to see what we're having for lunch on Thu and Fri.  As usual we settled for the Tails and Trotters pork chops, but thought we'd like to try lamb baby back ribs.  According to the butcher they are done like pork baby backs, slow roasted.  We marinaded it last night so will be trying it out today.  Will be interesting.
