Flax Seed & Chia Seed VICE Xanthan Gum & Guar Gum

Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!  Xanthan Gum is a corn product.  Guar Gum is the ground endosperm of the guar beans.  Impurities due to manufacturing process include soy proteins.

Alternatives are the golden flaxseed and chia seeds.  Will give them a try.
